Goals

I've decided that I will share with you my top four goals to be accomplished with a year:

Personal Development Goal:

1. I want to have a chiseled body that's worthy of being on the cover of Oxygen Magazine Special Edition.

I am absolutely committed to achieving this goal within a year, because I know that my confidence will skyrocket. This is compelling to me because it is a challenge that has eluded me for 9 years. Conquering this challenge will propel me to commit to and conquer even greater challenges. It will give me a sense of accomplishment and the motivation needed to follow through with my other goals. It will solidify my belief that I always follow through on the things that I set out to do. The idea of having a chiseled body that's worthy of being on the cover of Oxygen Magazine, is both exciting and exhilarating.

Career/ Business/ Economic Goals:

2. Get a perfect MCAT score

I am absolutely committed to achieving this goal within a year because it is the stepping stone to most of the career goals that I've set out to achieve. This is compelling to me because a perfect MCAT score is unheard of. Conquering this challenge will not only solidify my belief that I can do, be or have anything that I want, but will also serve to inspire others. What an enormous sense of accomplishment and pride I'll get from knowing that I've conquered the unconquerable! How fantastic it'll be when all the Medical Schools are competing to get me to enroll at their school. Being offered full scholarships to the top Medical Schools will be the greatest reward of them all.

Toys and Adventure Goals:

3. Have a wardrobe that reflects the beautiful, sexy, confident person that I am.

I am absolutely committed to achieving this goal within a year, because I know that when I'm excited about my appearance, I exude a level of confidence beyond my norm. This is compelling to me because I feel great when I look great and when I feel great, I am inspired and motivated to reach for the stars. Achieving this will have an enormous impact on the other areas of my life. I'll feel fantastic that my outside reflects the euphoria, passion, power and great sense of pride that's inside.

Contribution Goals:

4. Make monthly donations to Food for the Poor.

I am absolutely committed to achieving this goal within a year because it will bring me tremendous joy, knowing that I am helping someone less fortunate to live in an improved state. This is compelling to me because I know that a little help can make a huge difference in the quality of someone's life. I have witnessed the work that Food for the Poor does and I truly believe that it's a great organization. In doing this, I will also be more appreciative and grateful for all the blessings in my life. The legacy that I want to leave is one of generosity, caring, compassion, and love. I believe that this is just a tiny step towards living a life of worth.

In the next five years I would love to accomplish:

1. Emotional Mastery

2. Physical Mastery

3. Financial Mastery

4. Relationship Mastery

5. Time Mastery

I'll break these five categories down later.
